Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Saam app for iOS.

Saam does not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. Everything you write, and every statistic Saam shows you, stays on your device.

What Saam stores

Saam keeps a small amount of data on your device only: your current three, your coins, skips, owned themes, badges, and the counts behind your charts — how many things you finished, and on which days and hours. To draw those charts it stores the timestamps of finished things, never the text of a thing after your three are cleared. None of this leaves your device.

What Saam does not do

No account or sign-in. No servers that receive your data. No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. No access to your location, contacts, photos or microphone. No profiling, and no selling of data — there is nothing to sell, because your data never leaves your device.

Erasing your data

You can erase everything from Saam's settings at any time, and deleting the app removes all of it as well. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, there is nothing left for us to delete and nothing for you to request.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, Saam schedules local reminders on your device at the time you choose. Nothing is sent to any server, and you can turn them off at any time.

Children

Saam is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

What's coming

A future version of Saam will offer optional iCloud backup, which keeps a copy of your data in your own private iCloud account — never with us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
